LYRICS BY LUKE - STORE TERMS (STARTING DRAFT) This store offers identified lyric copyright interests from the Lyrics by Luke catalog. Product pages and the transaction-specific signed agreement define the rights offered. Reference music, recordings, vocals, artwork and videos are excluded unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise. PREVIEWS AND ACCOUNTS. Public visitors may view the lyric preview through the first chorus. Additional approved lyric text requires sign-in. Access is for personal evaluation only. No account, preview, inquiry or reservation grants permission to copy, publish, distribute, record, use commercially, scrape in bulk or use the lyrics for AI training. All rights remain with their owner until assigned. Account holders must provide accurate information and protect account access. Only a person with legal capacity and authority for the named buyer may enter a purchase agreement. ORDERS AND RESERVATIONS. Direct purchases are limited to reviewed works offered by a sole owner with clear rights. Released or complex-rights works use manual inquiry. A purchase request is subject to availability and normally reserves the work for up to 24 hours, with the deadline shown in the order. Both parties must sign the exact agreement before payment. Expiry, rejection or cancellation of an unpaid request does not transfer rights. A reservation involving an open or uncertain payment may remain held until the payment is reconciled. PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and the final payable total are shown by the hosted payment processor. Card data is handled by the processor. Returning from checkout or receiving a payment notification in the browser is not evidence of ownership. Transfer requires both signatures and server verification of full payment under the signed assignment. There is no promise of a sale merely because a request or inquiry was submitted. DELIVERY AND RECORDS. Completed purchases are available through the private buyer portal using the same verified account. The lyrics and terms are frozen for that order. Buyers should download their records. Copyright registration, transfer recordation and third-party royalty administration are separate processes and are not performed automatically by this store. SUPPORT AND MANDATORY RIGHTS. Use the support contact shown in the store and order for delivery, rights, account or payment concerns. The refund policy and signed agreement govern order-specific remedies, subject to applicable mandatory law. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Refunds and cancellations

After both signatures and verified payment make an assignment effective, a change-of-mind refund is not promised by this draft. A refund or chargeback does not by itself document a transfer of copyright back to the seller. Any required rescission, reassignment or other rights resolution must be recorded before the work can be offered again. Deleting a song from the seller's working library does not delete an existing buyer's agreement or ownership evidence. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request; the seller should explain the basis and applicable retention periods. BROWSER STORAGE. Saved favorites and workspace display choices may be kept in browser storage and can be removed using browser controls. Sign-in and hosted checkout may use cookies under their own policies. Customer account access
Customer accounts store your name, email address, email verification status and account dates. Email passwords are stored as salted password hashes. Secure cookies maintain your signed-in session. If you choose Google, the store uses your basic profile and verified email to create or access your customer account; it does not request access to Gmail messages. Verification, password recovery and order emails use the store's configured email delivery provider, Resend. The store owner can view account details and linked orders in the private management hub, but cannot view your password or session token. These account records are separate from resettable visit statistics.
Store activity statistics
This storefront uses first-party browser and visit identifiers to count page views and understand which lyrics interest visitors. When you sign in, the seller can see your account name, email and recent store activity in the private hub. These statistics do not store IP addresses or fingerprint your device. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected. Browser identifiers can be cleared in your browser settings.
